What do they taste like?
Most customers describe the haskap as a mix of blueberry and raspberry.
How do I use them?
These berries can be used anyway you'd use a blueberry! Our favourite use is in smoothies or boiled down into a syrup. They freeze extremely well!
When are they ready?
Haskap season for us starts mid-June to the beginning of July.
How many plants do you have?
We have 16 rows or Haskaps - roughly 5000 plants.
